The deep pocket Defendant has just made you a lowball offer to settle for thirty cents on the dollar. The Defendant's attorney tells you that unless this offer is accepted, the Defendant will appeal and tie you and your client up for another couple of years.

You're outraged! Your client needs money, now! When he hears the Defendant's offer, he is totally dejected. A moment or two later, he thinks that their offer will at least pay his rent or mortgage. Besides, in his financial position, he really has no choice but to accept this meager offering.

WE provide an avenue which will allow your client to meet his current financial obligations and turn down the lowball offer, while completing the appellate process?

Once a plaintiff has obtained a money judgment or verdict, or even a judgment as to "liability only", and has a pending trial on the issue of damages, they are eligible to apply to our program.

After a short due diligence period, we notify both the plaintiff and the attorney of our decision. After all documents are executed and returned to our office, we provide all funds as agreed. There are no application fees, no monthly payments or credit checks. All litigation and settlement decisions remain with the plaintiff and his attorney. We have no involvement and await a return on our investment. If there is no recovery, there Is no obligation to repay.
